If you look online for Vince Delmonte reviews, you’re primarily going to see articles that glow about the workout and all the success they experienced since they started. I’m not saying that these are lies, because there’s a LOT of substance behind his training routines. The guy really does know what he’s talking about so I do believe people when they say what they say. However, nothing in this world is perfect (except for a good slice of pizza), and there are obviously some negatives that people should know before they go out and spend a hundo on No Nonsense Muscle Building
So what can I say that you haven’t heard before?
Well, there are definitely some sections that seem to lack organization. It seems like Delmonte jumps from one point to another without tying it all together. Maybe this has to do with the fact that he knows much more than we do and forgets this sometimes, but it does take place.
This may require you to reread things a few times in places, but you’ll figure it out after doing so.

We were on a mission to find the best way to build muscle and the plan was to enter a highly secure building without getting noticed, get the file and get out of there. We were a team of 5 and we all wanted the best way to build muscle equally. We started by setting up the fire alarm and after a couple of minutes we appeared as firemen. We got in and three of us went to one location to make a distraction and two of us went to the file location. We broke in the room and no one was able to hear as because everybody was panicking. We took the best way to build muscle file and got out of there. After we disappeared the real firemen came and they realized that something was wrong. When everything settled down they found out what had happened, but it was already too late at that point.
